Zoom Integration Integrate with JAAS (Jitsi as a Service or 8x8)
You'll get the JAAS Integration settings in Settings > App Settings > Integration > JAAS.
You've to integrate JAAS (Jitsi as a Service) API to create JAAS meetings. Please follow the steps below to integrate:
Go to the JAAS (8x8) Dashboard and sign in if you're not signed in.
Disable Allow meeting participants to join unauthenticated option and click on Add API key.
Choose your key name and click on Generate API key pair button.
Then your API key pair will be generated. Download RSA Private key from there.
You'll get a YourApiKeyName.pk file after download. Open it with a text editor. Copy content and add to Private Key field on integration setting.
Copy the App ID, API Key and Private Key (from the previous step) and add to the integration settings. Then click on Save.
Sometime you may want to share invite url while in the meeting (that means outside of RISE). To perform that, you've to customize url in Branding section. Go to Branding page, and add this url: https://yourdomain.com/index.php/jaas_meeting. You'll find this in your integration setting. Then click on Save button.
